Psychic Kids
Most children are born with a pure mind. Innocent and untainted they have yet to be distracted from the finer realms and forces by earthly attachments and desires. With this sensitive mind uncorrupted by the denser forces of this earthly realm they often perceive the subtle energies all around us much more clearly than even a practiced psychic.
Problems can develop as the child ages as they, and quite often the adults around them do not have the experience or understanding of the finer than atomic realms. Most of the time the imaginary friend or friends are disregarded by adults and the child learns that things of this nature are to be ignored because “normal” people just do not see them or believe in them.
Issues seem to arise when the child still clearly perceives the finer energies via their strong psychic ability beyond the age of six or seven. Often times the “imaginary friends” can turn into a company of friends and there is so little understanding of the subject that the “psychic kid” becomes ostracized by those around them.
Children quite often perceive way more than they are given credit for. This is not to say that every child with an imaginary friend actually is perceiving a real entity without a physical body here on earth, but adults should not always be so quick to dismiss this as an overactive imagination or irrational. There is no harm is simply being aware of what the child is perceiving or thinks they are perceiving and even encouraging the subject.
If the kid really is psychic it will become self evident in time. Studies have shown that children who had imaginary friends growing up tend to develop their social skills better and faster than those who do not.
There is a sort of magic in a child’s perception of the world and it is often taken away by well meaning parents hoping to spare the kid some disillusionment later in life.
It is important however that a kid, psychic or otherwise, learn the difference between a predator and a stranger. Truly psychic kids seems to have a stronger natural ability to sense danger. As they are learning to understand this power of perception within them it is often confusing and they quite often become withdrawn from family a friends as they do not always know how to react to this strange yet amazing power.
On the other hand and child who is not truly psychic and just has an extremely active imagination quite often is more trusting of strangers and this can become a problem. It can be a difficult balance for a parent to strike and thus teach the child the difference. That is probably one of the reasons why most parents find it easier to disregard the subject rather than address it directly if needed.
Parents need to aware of what their kids are saying, particularly at the early ages of two or three when the child is just gaining the ability to talk clearly and make sense with their words. They often make psychic predictions if you pay attention. It is a natural ability for most. This does not mean that they will grow up and become a full fledged psychic with strange and unusual powers, but it certainly does not hurt to encourage the ability as it will help them further on in life.
Psychic kids have much better memories than regular kids and often it is a photographic memory and this is a fantastic ability to have especially when it comes to education. New subjects can be learned and understood with much less effort than those without it.
The ability to learn about psychic powers, how to develop them, or enhance the ones you already have has become much easier over the last decade as the internet has exploded with information on the subject. A technique or advice that works for one person may not work for another so the best advice is to seek out and try different techniques and find the ones that work best for you. There are many different types of psychic tests available too, many for free, and an incredible amount of other literature regarding psychic abilities available to anyone who desires to find it.
All the Best,
